Payments for the Gift Vouchers / cards  have to be upfront for buying Gift Vouchers from Nexdha Ai Fintech Private limited www.nexdhagiftmart.in

The full value of the “GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS ” has to be credited before the "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS " is sent to the recipient Setting up a gift is not equal to buying a "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS " the buying is considered only when the payment is received

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation may happen on account of the following

·        The person who has set up the gift decided to cancel it

·        The total payment towards the cost of the "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS " is not received

·        The request "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS " may no longer be available / or is out of stock

·        The principle brand whose "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS " we are selling decide to decline to provide the

         "GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS "

·        Any other technical reason

Refund Policy
You can always fill in the form or email request for refund of your payments.

Refund policy in terms of which the option of, replacement and/ or refund is solely decided by Nexdha Ai Fintech Private Limited. All GIFT VOUCHERS / CARDS s listed under a particular category may not have the same refund policy. Our refund TAT is for 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your refund request, unfortunately we won’t be able to process/offer any refund in that case.
